GROUP OUTINGS \Scheduling Your Event
Plan ahead early! Events will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Your date will not be confirmed until an Golf Event/Facility Rental Agreement has been signed, and a deposit has been paid ( $500/Golf Event, $200/Facility Rental ). The deposit is non-refundable. Events cancelled due to severe weather, as determined by Coldwater management, will receive a full refund of their deposit.
A final list of the names of your participants must be submitted 5 days prior to the event.
Payment in full is expected the day of your event.
