GROUP OUTINGS \Event Policies The Event Sponsor is responsible for the conduct of your participants, and will be liable for all damages to persons and Coldwater Golf Links property. Coldwater Golf Links is not responsible or liable for loss or damage to property of persons attending events. Event participants not conducting themselves in an acceptable manner will be asked to leave, and will not be refunded.
Proper golf attire must be worn at all times, including collard shirt and shoes. Golf shoes must have soft spikes, unless tennis shoes are worn.
Please treat golf cars with respect. Improper use of the cars will not be tolerated.
A reasonable pace of play must be maintained. The Event Sponsor is responsible for participants being registered to play at least 30 minutes prior to the event.
Iowa law prohibits bringing alcoholic beverages on the course. All food and beverage must be purchased from Coldwater Golf Links.
All participants must ride golf cars. Only 2 people and 2 bags per golf car. Each tee time represents 4 players. No fivesomes permitted.
All golfers must have their own clubs. Rental clubs are available for $10.00.
Non golf related prizes may be brought in for events. All golf items must be purchased from the Coldwater Pro Shop.
