Clubhouse - Spacious seating area, large stone fireplace, soft lighting, elegant comfort
- Seating and tables for approximately 40
- Available during the golf off-season, or after golf hours in-season
- $250.00 minimum for three hours, and $50.00 per hour thereafter, including set up and clean up time, if done by CGL staff

Pavilion - Covered, outdoor permanent structure
- Panoramic view of the golf course
- Seating and tables for approximately 200
- Available during warm weather months, schedule permitting
- $500.00 minimum for three hours, and $50.00 per hour thereafter, set up and clean up done by CGL staff. Coldwater Golf Links will negotiate set-up and tear-down fees on an individual basis.

Facility Rental events must use the same procedure as group golf outing events, with completion of an Golf Event/Facility Rental Agreement Form. A $200 deposit must accompany the Event Agreement Form, which is non-refundable for a cancellation within 21 days of the event.
