2009 WOMENS'S GOLF LEAGUES AT COLDWATER GOLF LINKS
Who can play: Anyone!!
When: Tuesday's (Weekly) with tee times beginning at 5:00 pm.
Where: Coldwater Golf Links, Ames, Iowa

Cost: One time $40 league dues and $20 per person includes green fees (cart additional), and skings, allocated as follows:
$1 – Low Net Team
$1 – Low Gross Team
$1 – Low Net Individual
$1 – Low Gross Individual
$1 – Kicker to The BIG GAME
Scoring: Standard stroke play scoring will be applied.
Format: 2-person Teams (Blind Draw after the round in the Coldwater Clubhouse). If we have a number of players that do not make an even amount of 2-person teams, there will be a random draw. Regarding pairings: Pairings will be random pairing assignments to assure that we play with different people each time. However, individuals may sign up with their preferred groups to play the 9 holes.
Skins Pot: Skins will be determined by dividing the skins pot by the total gross and net skins.
Handicaps: Initially we will use established indexes. After a player has three (3) or more scores posted in “The GAME”, we will be using his “floating index”. A “floating index” is the average of a player’s most recent three (3) differentials.
Individual who do not have an established Handicap: Guests with established, verifiable indexes from other clubs will be capped at 36 Net-Stableford points until they have played in three or more games. After three scores are posted, the point cap is removed and the player’s floating index will be used in The GAME.
The BIG GAME: The BIG GAME will be considered the season finale. The “kicker” contributions throughout the year will serve as the purse. In order to be eligible to play in the BIG GAME, a player needs to have played in a minimum of eight (8) events throughout the season. You guys can do the math, and understand that this will be a very significant amount for the days play! The minimum number of events will not be compromised in order to reward the players that participate, giving them a chance to play for their season long contributions to THE GAME.
